Quest Hunter is a game of the Isometric Action RPG genre where the camera is taken from above the main character, at the beginning of the game you will be asked to create your own character, but you cannot choose the gender of your character, because there are only male characters to choose from, and in my opinion it feels right with the theme of the world in this Quest Hunter game.
In this game, your character is a treasure hunter in a world that is being invaded by ferocious monsters who suddenly appear due to an unexpected event.
Gameplay :
Action RPG genre In this game you can strengthen your character by raising the level of his attributes, as your character level increases you can also learn new skills that you can open at certain levels. Your character can also be strengthened with various equipment such as helmets, weapons, and Shield, whose variations are quite diverse.
Even though it doesn't carry Open world, each map in this game is quite varied with various sizes such as forests and caves, because your character is told as a treasure hunter, most of your activities are about exploring caves to find hidden treasures, and of course while defeating the monsters that inhabit the cave
Storyline
It is said that the sun suddenly disappeared for no reason but it is believed that the disappearance of the sun was caused by a Black Magic, the impact is that Monsters now appear and roam freely to threaten humans.
The King then gives a competition for anyone who can return the Sun again will get a tantalizing prize, and your character is also involved in it.
Visual
The visuals of this game are filled with cheerful colors, environmental design so that the monsters are depicted as cute instead of heavy like the story.
But for me, the 2D design of each character during dialogue carries a caricature image style that is visualized ugly and old, especially for the male character, it looks in stark contrast to the cute 3D visuals, and doesn't feel right.
Audio
For audio, there's nothing special here, all the music and sound effects are mediocre, there's no audio that will stick in your memories, but it's not bad, it's just mediocre.
Gamepads Support :
This game is more comfortable to play with a Gamepad because the controls are more comfortable and the screen is cleaner, the game feels much better! Ohh, I tested it using the gamepad of a million people, the X3 Bluetooth Controller gamepad, and all the buttons work fine.
So is this Quest Hunter game worth playing? Of course it's worth playing for you, because of the fun gameplay that will keep you addicted to playing it, for you RPG fans with cute, colorful 3D visuals with quite a unique story, I think it's quite a shame if you just miss this game!
